Paracetomol Phenylephrine Hydrochloride Diphenhydramine Hydrochloride and Caffeine Tablets are the combination of four drugs of Paracetamol, Diphenhydramine, Caffeine and Phenylephrine. Paracetamol is an analgesic and antipyretic that inhibits the production of chemical messengers in the brain. Diphenhydramine works by blocking the action of histamine and Caffeine works as a stimulant for enhancing the effect of paracetamol. In addition, Phenylephrine is a decongestant contracts the blood vessels to provide relief from congestion and reduce the mucus production.
